Training & Placement

The training and placement department plays a vital role in any professional educational institute, as a true link between industry and institute. The department serves the purpose of match making and ends up in a win -win situation .i.e. industry gets supply of fresh talent and Student, passing out from the institute get job opportunities.
Training and Placement department at Disha Education Society has been operating region wise, each being headed by a manager and with a support team for day -to -day activities. The department has been organizing industrial visits, summer training, live industrial projects, guest lectures by Industry Stalwarts and of course Final Placement. A number of Students under the guidance of Faculty Coordinators are actively engaged in various training and placement activities to get hands on experience. We have our Training and Placement offices at Pune and Delhi.

Campus Facilities:
· On Paper test facility for 1000 students in one go
· Online test facility for 500 students in one go
· Exclusive facility for conducting Group discussions, Personal interviews, Telephonic interviews,
video conferencing.

Placement Process:
· Notification of placement opportunities shared by Industries
· Collecting, Scrutinizing and forwarding response to the industry
· Organizing and coordinating on and off campus initiative
· Per Placement talks/ Written Test/ Group Discussion / Personal Interviews
· Any other selection mode specific to the organization
· The companies are extended invitation to campus for Placements / off campus drive / joint
placement initiatives on mutually convenient date.
· Placement notification to offer letter, we provide support till the joining formalities of
students.
· Pre joining assignments, tasks, preparations as per organizational requirements, if requested..
